There are lots of ways that you can support your child’s development at home. Our key workers will share ideas for games and activities based on individual children’s needs and interests.

We encourage all of our families to share news from home and significant achievements are shared on ‘Wow’ slips which the children enjoy sharing with their friends. We use ‘Tapestry’, an online Learning Journal to record progress and development for individual children and parents can log in to look at photos and notes about their child. We welcome parents adding their own photos and notes from home; the children always enjoy showing these to their friends!

There are also some great ideas here of things that you can do at home:

These are all low cost or free activities, and there is a downloadable app to support the scheme.
